BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE
WHO ACTUALLY
DELIVER PROJECTS.
Free Bid Support · Same-Day Engineers · Integrator Pricing · White-Label OEM · No Direct Compete
Most LED factories are built for their own convenience — fixed SKUs, fixed pricing, sales reps who read from spec sheets. DOIT VISION is built around how integrators actually work: fast answers, CAD before commitment, pricing that leaves you a margin, and an engineer who answers your WhatsApp before your client calls you back.

COMPETE
to Your Clients
THE FACTORY MODEL
IS BROKEN FOR YOU.
“The problem isn’t that Chinese LED factories are bad at manufacturing. The problem is they’re structured for their own convenience — not for the integrators who are their actual customers.”
When you call a mega-factory with a project question, a sales rep answers. They read from a spec sheet. If your question goes beyond it, they say “let me check with engineering” and you wait three days.
When you ask for a custom panel size to fit an existing column, they say the MOQ is 500 units. When you ask for bid support, they send you a generic catalogue PDF.
We built DOIT VISION to be structurally different. 15 core engineers — no sales reps without engineering backgrounds. No ticketing system between you and the person who can solve your problem. Free CAD and 3D mockups before any commitment. Pricing that leaves you a margin worth having.
Direct WhatsApp to the engineering team. Active window: Beijing 8AM–10PM (UTC+8), Mon–Sat. Reply within 2 hours of your message arriving in our window.
Full drawings and renders for client approval — free for qualified projects, typically within 48 hours.
Integrator-tier from the first project. White-label and dealer programme for regular partners.
No direct retail channel. No end-client enquiries accepted. Your client relationship stays yours.
SIX PROBLEMS
WE ENGINEERED OUT.
“They won’t give me CAD until I place an order.”
You need drawings to win client approval, but the factory needs an order before they’ll draw anything. The chicken-and-egg that kills proposals every week.
“I’ve been waiting 3 days for a technical answer.”
A sales rep took your question, escalated it to engineering, and it’s been 72 hours. Your client is waiting. Your deadline is moving closer.
“They promised 3 weeks. It’s now 6.”
The supplier went quiet after payment. No updates. You find out about the delay when you’re already on-site with a crew standing by.
“Three panels arrived damaged.”
Flimsy carton packing, no foam inserts, no flight cases. A 45-day sea return for replacements is not a solution when your install is in 5 days.
“It’s 2AM and nothing will calibrate.”
The factory support line rings out. You’re sent to a generic inbox. Your client load-in is at 6AM. Nobody on the other end actually knows this product.
“The warranty means nothing.”
A module fails 14 months later. They ask you to ship the whole cabinet back to China at your cost. Then quote a repair bill that makes buying new look cheap.
FOUR THINGS THAT MAKE
YOUR PROJECTS
BETTER.
Win the bid before
you place an order.
Your client needs to approve a concept before you can commit. We provide everything for that approval — before you commit anything to us.
Your question gets to the person
who can actually answer it.
No sales rep intermediaries. No “let me check with engineering.” Your WhatsApp message goes directly to a DOIT VISION engineer — someone who understands what Brompton processing looks like on a P0.9 COB panel at five metres.
Messages outside the active window receive a reply within 2 hours of the next window opening.
Pricing that leaves you
a margin worth having.
We don’t publish retail prices. Our business model is exclusively B2B through integrator partners. Structured so the numbers are clear at quotation stage — not hidden.
Structured for healthy resale margin from order one. No approval process or volume threshold to qualify.
Renamed spec sheets, white-label datasheets, OEM packaging and serial numbers. Your client never sees DOIT VISION.
Best available pricing for integrators with regular project volume. Contact Kris Liang directly to discuss terms.
Packaged to arrive ready.
Backed for the long run.
Shipments arrive with everything in place — pre-configured control files on USB, numbered cabinets matching the layout drawing, accessory kit, calibration report.
FROM FIRST MESSAGE
TO DELIVERED
PROJECT.
WhatsApp, email, or a rough sketch. Include shape, dimensions, venue, delivery date, and preferred control system. An engineer — not a sales admin — responds same day.
Within 48 hours: CAD drawings, 3D mockup, technical proposal with integrator pricing — all before any commitment. Use these to win client approval, then place the order.
Weekly photo and video updates from the production floor. No radio silence after payment. You always know the current status without having to ask.
Walk through the full system: power-on, uniformity check, control system test. Third-party QC also accepted. Factory access in Shenzhen is always open.
Shipment includes config USB, wiring diagrams, calibration report, and an engineer on WhatsApp for commissioning. For complex projects, we pre-schedule standby coverage for your installation window.
PROMISES WE
PUT IN WRITING.
Not marketing language. Specific, measurable commitments every DOIT VISION partner receives — in writing, if you ask for it.
Every project enquiry gets a substantive engineer reply within 24 business hours — an actual answer, not an auto-acknowledgement.
Full itemised quote with drawings, spec sheets, and lead time confirmation. Standard SKUs often same day.
Photo and video updates every 7 days from order to QC completion. You always know the status without asking.
CAD drawings, 3D renders, and technical proposals are free for all qualified enquiries. No minimum order to qualify.
Defective modules air-freighted to you at our cost. No “return to China” requirements for standard warranty claims.
We hold spare modules, LEDs, and PCBs for every product we make for at least 5 years. Quote maintenance contracts with confidence.
We never sell to your end clients. Your relationships are yours. NDA and channel protection available on request.
Every partner has a named engineer who knows your history and standards. You don’t re-explain from scratch every project.

THE BIGGEST.
ON PURPOSE.
We run lean on purpose — 15 core engineers, no layers between you and the person solving your problem. Decisions that take two weeks at a mega-factory take us two hours. Small means fast.
We accept orders big factories turn away — ten panels for a boutique lobby, a single curved display for a museum. Small means flexible. And: every client actually matters to us.

REAL INTEGRATORS.

NOT SALESPEOPLE.
DOIT VISION was established in Shenzhen in 2013. Kris joined as Co-Founder in 2017 and rebuilt the business around a single principle: AV integrators deserve a manufacturer that works the way they do — fast, technically fluent, and with no interest in competing for the same clients.
Today the team is 15 core engineers — structural, electronics, PCB, QC, and software — part of a 60-person Shenzhen operation. Most engineers have over 10 years of LED industry experience; several came from larger Chinese manufacturers before joining a team that moves faster and communicates more directly.
Custom PCB design, hub board architecture, COB and MIP module engineering, die-cast chassis tooling. Handles hardware specification, component sourcing, and manufacturing QC.
Works at firmware level with Brompton Tessera, Novastar, and Colorlight. Handles pre-shipment EDID configuration, batch calibration, and direct commissioning support on installation day.
Specialises in non-standard LED form factors: curved walls, spheres, tapered columns, architectural installations. Produces all CAD structural drawings, load calculations, and installation documentation.
QUESTIONS INTEGRATORS
ACTUALLY
ASK.
Never — and this is a founding principle. We sell exclusively through AV integrators and authorised channel partners. We do not accept direct enquiries from end clients, have no retail channel, and do not approach the contacts our integrator partners introduce to us. Formal channel protection agreement and NDA available on request.
No fixed MOQ. We accept single-cabinet orders. For custom-engineered products requiring new tooling there is a tooling cost amortised into unit price, but no quantity floor. Our sweet spot is 1 to 50–80 cabinets. For larger volumes, ask us early and we’ll give you an honest timeline.
Standard products carry CE,RoHS, and CB. ETL or UL listing is achievable via accredited third-party labs with 8–12 weeks additional lead time. Note: products are manufactured in China and are not TAA-compliant for US federal procurement contracts — this does not affect commercial AV projects.
Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For established partners with order history we can discuss Net-30. L/C accepted for large orders. Payment terms are stated transparently at quotation stage — no surprises at invoice.
Yes — bespoke LED panel manufacturing is one of our core specialisations. We engineer spheres, cylinders, concave/convex curved LED walls, multi-sided pillars, triangular and circular forms. We produce CAD models and structural calculations before any tooling is committed. Custom first-run lead time is typically 4–6 weeks from CAD sign-off.
Yes. All panels ship pre-configured for your specified processor — Novastar MCTRL300, 600, 4K, or NovaPro UHD Jr; Colorlight Z6, Z4,or Z2. Configuration files and EDID data on USB are included with every shipment.
DOIT VISION is headquartered and manufactures in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China — the global centre of LED display manufacturing. Our engineering workshop is in Guangming District (1110 Jingting Building, Huaxia Road). Factory visits are actively encouraged year-round. Third-party QC inspection, NDA before visit, and airport transfer can all be arranged on request.
Remote support via WhatsApp video call is included for all projects at no extra cost. For large or complex installs we pre-schedule engineer availability aligned with your installation window — including weekends and early mornings. On-site engineer dispatch can be arranged for major projects.
Send a photo or video of the fault. We diagnose remotely. If a replacement module is confirmed needed, we air-freight it to you at our cost — typically 3–5 business days. You do not ship cabinets back to China. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years.
Yes. Renamed spec sheets, white-label datasheets, OEM-branded packaging, OEM serial labels, and neutral shipping marks are all available. Your end client has no visibility to DOIT VISION’s identity. No minimum volume for white-label documentation.
Every cabinet ships with receiver card firmware version labelled on the unit and the firmware binary on the config USB. We record your production batch number, LED bin code, and PCB revision. When you order additional cabinets later, we cross-reference that data to match the original specification. If an exact LED bin match is no longer available, we tell you before production starts — not after delivery.
Yes. 48 hours is our standard turnaround for LED video wall CAD layout drawings, 3D mockup renders, and white-label specification sheets from a complete brief. For bids with deadlines inside 24 hours, contact us via WhatsApp at the start — we have handled same-day preliminary pixel pitch recommendations and rough layouts for urgent tenders.
Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements before project briefs are shared. The NDA covers: client identity, project location, system specification, and pricing. If you have your own company NDA template, we will review and sign it. Turnaround for NDA execution is typically same day.
For all white-label orders: no DOIT VISION name, logo, or contact details appear on any external surface of the shipment. Commercial invoices and packing lists use product descriptions only. All technical documents are produced under your company name. We do not contact your end client under any circumstances.
