By accessing or using www.doitvision.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd (“DOIT VISION”, “we”, “us”), an LED display manufacturer founded in 2013 in Shenzhen, China, serving AV integrators, rental companies, and project buyers in 55+ countries.

3. Not a sales contract

The Site is an information and inquiry channel. Browsing pages, downloading materials, or receiving an email reply does not create a purchase contract.

Commercial terms — including price, Incoterms, lead time, warranty period, spare-parts ratio, and payment — are set only in a Proforma Invoice (PI) and/or a signed sales contract between you and DOIT VISION. If website text conflicts with a signed PI or contract, the signed document controls.

Product warranty details are summarized in our Warranty Policy; the PI may state a different period or scope for a specific order.

4. Product information

Specifications, images, case studies, certifications, and pricing references on the Site are provided for engineering and sourcing evaluation. We update content as products evolve, but:

• Figures may be rounded, typical, or configuration-dependent
• Photographs may show optional accessories or project-specific builds

Always confirm critical specs in writing before bidding or installing.

5. Tools & calculator

The LED display calculator, configurator, and similar tools produce estimates only (cabinet count, power draw, viewing distance, rough cost bands, etc.). Outputs are not a formal quotation, BOM, structural calculation, or electrical design.

You remain responsible for validating results with a qualified designer, structural engineer, and electrician for your jurisdiction. DOIT VISION is not liable for decisions made solely on tool output.

6. Inquiries & quotes

When you submit a form or message us, you confirm the information is accurate enough for a technical reply. Quotes are typically valid for a stated period and may change with component costs, shipping, or scope.

We may decline projects that fall outside our manufacturing or compliance scope. Silence or delay does not mean acceptance.

7. Samples & online payments

If you pay for a sample, deposit, or similar item through a payment link we provide:

• Payment is processed by the third-party provider named on the checkout page
• Sample pricing, shipping, duties, and returnability are as stated on the order page, payment description, or accompanying email
• Unless we state otherwise in writing, sample purchases are not automatically refundable after shipment
• Sample terms do not replace the PI for volume production orders

Privacy practices for payment-related contact data are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

8. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, photos, diagrams, logos, and layout — is owned by DOIT VISION or its licensors. You may view and share links for legitimate B2B evaluation. You may not copy the Site wholesale, scrape content for competing datasets, remove trademarks, or present our materials as your own product literature without written permission.

The DOIT VISION name and marks may not be used in a way that implies partnership or endorsement unless authorized.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to Site systems or other users’ data
• Submit malware, spam, or deceptive inquiry content
• Overload the Site with automated scraping beyond normal browsing or indexing
• Use Site content to misrepresent DOIT VISION products or certifications

We may block access or disregard abusive submissions.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, partner pages, payment providers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Review their terms before use.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOIT VISION DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE SITE ITSELF.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOIT VISION is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use, reliance on website content, or tool estimates. Our aggregate liability arising from Site use (excluding obligations under a signed sales contract for delivered products) is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us solely for Site-related services in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or liability under a signed product sales contract where that contract states otherwise.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory consumer or other local rules require a different forum.

Product sales disputes are governed by the PI / sales contract. This section applies to website use and these Terms.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
