Creative LED displays use three core technologies. The choice depends on your shape: curves need flexible modules, right angles need CNC-machined cabinets, and custom shapes need dedicated PCB design.
Flexible LED Modules
Flexible PCB modules in 240×120mm / 320×160mm form factors. Bend limits set by module size: min cylinder Ø764mm / Ø815mm. Neodymium magnetic front-service mounting on rolled steel frames. Used for cylinders, rings, and curved wraps.

Precision CNC-machined steel/aluminium frames with exact 90° beveled edges. Custom-cut module housing edges at corner joints. Dedicated corner locking systems connect adjacent cabinets.
