Manufacturing & factory tour
Inside our
LED display factory.
Explore DOIT VISION’s own factory, from SMT and outdoor module waterproofing to assembly, 72-hour full-screen aging and QC. See how we prepare your display and the inspection, packaging and spare-parts information you receive before shipment.
01 / SMT production
From components to modules.
See the placement equipment and component feeders used in our SMT production area. For your project, our engineers can connect the module configuration to the display you are specifying.
02 / Module assembly
Equipment and operators, working together.
Follow the module through assembly stations, from positioning in a fixture to the next production step. Close-up views show the equipment and the people handling the work.
03 / Outdoor module waterproofing
Waterproof potting for outdoor modules.
Outdoor LED modules undergo waterproof potting in our factory. The close-up below shows this operation on the production line. For an outdoor project, discuss the module construction and installation environment with our engineers as part of the display specification.
04 / Cables & cabinet integration
Connect the parts. Build the display.
Our team prepares cable assemblies and integrates modules into display cabinets. These production areas bring the wiring, connections and mechanical assembly together. Signal-cable continuity is checked as part of our QC process.

05 / Full-screen aging
72 hours of full-screen aging.
We carry out module aging on test racks and 72 hours of aging on assembled screens before shipment. The photographs below show these two stages: module aging and full-screen white-balance aging. We provide order-specific test videos so your team can review the working display remotely before dispatch.
06 / Quality control
Check the modules, connections and controls.
Our QC process includes signal-cable continuity, dead-LED checks on every module, visual inspection and checks for cold solder joints. Controllers and video processors are also tested. Customers receive FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) inspection records for their orders.
-
Signal-cable continuity
Check the signal cables for electrical continuity.
-
Every module, checked for dead LEDs
Inspect each module for LEDs that do not light.
-
Visual inspection
Inspect the visible condition of the display assemblies.
-
Solder-joint checks
Check for cold solder joints as part of quality control.
-
Controller testing
Test the controller used with the display.
-
Video processor testing
Test video processor operation as part of the system checks.
07 / Remote inspection & shipment
Review your order before it leaves.
You can review order-specific test videos and FAT inspection records remotely. We also provide packaging photos, photos of all spare parts and a spare-parts list, so your team can check the display and its accompanying items before shipment.
-
Test videos & FAT records
Review the screen in operation and the inspection records for your order.
-
Packaging photos
See how your order is packed before dispatch and review any project-specific packing requirements with our team.
-
Spare-parts photos & list
Review photos of all spare parts alongside the list. Confirm which items match your ordered display configuration with our engineers.
Prepare your installation and maintenance team.
Use the spare-parts photos and list when reviewing the order with your technicians. Before dispatch, confirm spare-part identification and the installation or configuration documents your team needs with our engineers.
Prepare the order for packing and dispatch.
For overseas project teams

Questions about working together.
Which manufacturing processes can I see at DOIT VISION?
You can see SMT production, automated module assembly, waterproof potting for outdoor modules, cable preparation and cabinet integration at DOIT VISION’s own factory. The page also covers 72-hour full-screen aging, QC and the information provided before shipment. Tell our team which display you are evaluating so a live tour can focus on the production and inspection stages relevant to your project.
Can I visit the factory remotely before placing an order?
Yes. You can request a live factory walkthrough with our team before placing an order. Send your company name, country or time zone, the product you are considering and the areas you would like to see. We will coordinate the visit and focus the conversation on your questions about production, assembly and testing for the proposed display.
Which modules receive waterproof potting?
DOIT VISION uses waterproof potting for outdoor LED modules. The production photograph in the waterproofing section shows this operation at our factory. When discussing an outdoor display, share the installation environment and the product you are considering. Our engineers can then explain the module construction and the waterproofing process relevant to that display as part of the project review.
How long is full-screen aging before shipment?
DOIT VISION carries out 72 hours of full-screen aging before shipment. Module aging on test racks is shown separately from white-balance aging on assembled screens. We also check full-screen video playback as part of factory testing. Order-specific test videos and FAT inspection records let overseas customers review the working display and its inspection information remotely before dispatch.
What does your QC process include?
Our QC process includes signal-cable continuity checks, checks for dead LEDs on every module, visual inspection and checks for cold solder joints. We also test controllers and video processors. Customers receive FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) inspection records for their orders. Discuss any additional project-specific acceptance requirements with our engineers before production so the scope of your review is clear.
What information can I review remotely before shipment?
We provide test videos, FAT inspection records, packaging photos, photos of all spare parts and a spare-parts list for your order. These materials let your team review the display, packaging and accompanying spares remotely. Before dispatch, confirm spare-part identification and any installation or configuration documents your technicians need with our engineers, along with your project-specific packing and handover requirements.
Can you support a custom LED display project?
Yes. DOIT VISION supports custom LED display engineering for AV integrators and rental companies. Share drawings, dimensions, mounting conditions and the intended use of the display so our team can review the mechanical and electronic requirements. The manufacturing discussion can then focus on the proposed module layout, cabinet structure, integration and testing needed for that specific project.
Read the factory tour summary
The tour opens with SMT production equipment and component placement, followed by automated module operations and cable preparation. Screen patterns and panel test racks lead into the second half, where operators, the assembly team and prepared display assemblies come into view. The closing scenes follow production handling and technicians working with assembled screens, then invite you to arrange a live factory walkthrough.
