Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage for LED display products purchased directly from Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd. Online technical support, factory repair process, and how to open a claim.
1. Scope
This Warranty Policy applies to LED display products (“Products”) purchased directly from Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd (“DOIT VISION”) and still within the warranty period stated for that order.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, grey-market channels, or third parties without DOIT VISION confirmation are not covered under this policy — except that we still provide free online technical guidance for DOIT VISION–manufactured hardware when we can identify the product.
2. Coverage period
Standard warranty is 2 years from shipment unless the Proforma Invoice (PI) or the applicable product page states otherwise.
Selected series (for example certain rental or project configurations) may offer longer coverage — up to 5 years when specified in writing on the PI, contract, or product documentation.
Warranty start date is the shipment date on DOIT VISION shipping documents, unless the PI defines a different start (for example arrival or commissioning date for a named project).
Always check your PI. If the website and the PI disagree on warranty length, the PI controls.
3. What is covered
Subject to this policy, DOIT VISION will repair or replace Products (or defective parts) that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, when installed and operated according to the product manual and our written instructions.
Coverage typically includes LED modules/cabinets and DOIT VISION–supplied control hardware that form part of the original delivery, as listed on the packing list / PI.
4. What voids warranty / exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, or operation contrary to the manual
- Power surges, incorrect power supply, lightning, fire, flood, or other force majeure events
- Repair, modification, or servicing by anyone other than DOIT VISION or a service party we authorize in writing
- Third-party accessories that affect performance, safety, or reliability
- Normal aging — including gradual brightness loss and color shift consistent with LED technology over time — or lack of reasonable maintenance
- Consumables and cabling unless expressly included in writing (connectors, network/fiber cables, power cords, signal cables, aviation plugs, and similar wire goods)
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
- Expired warranty period
5. How to claim
Write to info@doitvision.com with subject “Warranty claim”. Include company name, order / PI number, product model, serial or batch identifiers if available, install location, and a clear description of the fault.
Photos or short video of the fault, module/cabinet labels, and any error messages from the control system. Do not ship goods until we confirm a service request.
Our engineers attempt diagnosis online first (configuration, power, signal path). Many issues resolve without return shipment.
If factory repair or replacement is needed, we issue return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Repair logistics
Return-to-factory repair
For confirmed manufacturing defects within warranty:
- The customer typically bears freight, insurance, duties, and customs clearance for shipping the defective unit or parts to the factory
- After repair or replacement, DOIT VISION bears one-way outbound freight back to the customer (standard shipping method we select unless otherwise agreed)
- Tariffs and import formalities on the return leg remain the customer’s responsibility unless the PI states otherwise
Parts replacement
Where practical, we may ship spare modules or parts instead of requiring a full cabinet return. Spares ratios and standby parts for large projects should be agreed on the PI (commonly planned as a percentage of screen area).
7. Spares & consumables
Warranty repair does not by itself create an obligation to stock local inventory. For touring rental fleets and large fixed installs, we recommend agreeing spare modules from the same LED bin / batch at order time.
Consumables listed in Section 4 are excluded unless the PI explicitly includes them.
8. Online technical support
DOIT VISION provides free online technical support for products we manufacture — including configuration of common control systems we support, basic troubleshooting, and guidance on module replacement — whether or not the unit was purchased directly from us, when we can verify it is our product.
Support does not extend to unpaid on-site labor, third-party structure design, or content creation unless separately contracted.
9. Regional service (United States)
For projects needing local coordination in the United States, contact our US representative office:
- DOIT VISION US Representative Office — /us/
- Warranty claims still start by email to info@doitvision.com so Shenzhen engineering and factory records stay aligned
The US office is a representative presence for coordination and field support pathways — not a separate manufacturer warranty issuer unless your PI names a different contracting entity.
10. Relation to PI / contract
This page is the general warranty policy for website readers. Your order may include project-specific warranty language, extended years, on-site clauses, or spare-parts commitments. If this page conflicts with your signed PI or sales contract, the signed document controls.
See also Terms of Use (website use) and Privacy Policy (data handling for claims).
11. Governing law
Unless your PI or sales contract states otherwise, warranty disputes related to Products supplied by Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China.
