RENTAL LED DISPLAYS
BUILT FOR CREWS
WHO LIVE BY THE GET-IN CLOCK.
Road-Ready Build · Verified Weights · Pre-Calibrated Sets · Same-Day Engineer Support
Most LED cabinets are designed for installation. Ours are designed for the road. DOIT VISION rental panels are built to survive 200+ show cycles, configured for your processor before they leave the factory, and backed by an engineer available the night your show opens — not a ticketing system that replies on Monday.

MOST LED IS BUILT
FOR INSTALLATION.
“Rental companies lose money when equipment fails on the road. And the most expensive failure is the one that happens at 11PM during a live show, when your supplier’s support line rings out. We built DOIT VISION’s rental line around one principle: the equipment has to work, the support has to be there, and the specs on the sheet have to match what arrives.”
Standard installation LED is engineered for permanence — once it’s up, it stays up. Rental LED lives a completely different life: loaded in and out 3 times a week, stacked in trucks, hung from trusses at maximum rated load, and expected to perform flawlessly every single night.
The problems that expose cheap rental LED show up at the worst times. Lock mechanisms that strip after 20 cycles. Cabinets that arrive heavier than the spec sheet said — which means your rigger’s load calculation is wrong on the first show. Colour drift when you expand your inventory. No spare parts when a module fails mid-tour.
We built the DOIT VISION rental line to solve all of these problems by design, not as afterthoughts. Verified weights. Industrial-grade locking. Matched-set calibration. Spare parts in the box.
Your rigger’s load calculation depends on accurate data. We weigh production units and certify the spec sheet figure against actual shipment weight.
CNC-machined magnesium alloy locking mechanism. Tested to 200 full lock-unlock cycles before certification. Not stamped steel that loosens after heavy touring.
The entire order is calibrated against a shared reference so your wall reads as one surface. LED bin-code recorded for expansion orders.
Receiver cards, pixel masks, power supply — spare kit ships with every rental order as standard.
SIX PROBLEMS
WE ENGINEERED
OUT.
The spec sheet said 12kg. It arrived at 17kg.
Your rigger calculated load based on the manufacturer’s published weight. The cabinets arrive significantly heavier. Your truss rating is now exceeded and the show is tomorrow.
The quick-lock stripped after 20 road trips.
Stamped steel locking mechanisms look fine in a showroom. After a touring season of repeated load-in and load-out, the tolerances open up and the lock no longer holds. Mid-show, a panel drops.
It’s 11PM. Nothing will calibrate. No one answers.
The factory support line rings out. You’re sent to a support email inbox. Nobody on the other end has ever touched your specific product. Your client’s show opens at 9AM.
A module failed mid-tour. Replacement: 6 weeks.
A single bad pixel mask or receiver card takes one cabinet off the wall. The factory says replacement parts will ship sea freight. Your tour has 14 more dates.
New cabinets don’t match the ones from last year.
You order 20 more cabinets 8 months after your original purchase. The LED bin code has changed and nobody told you. On stage, the colour drift is visible to the audience.
Three cabinets came back from the tour looking like this.
Inadequate carton packing for touring gear. No internal foam. No flight case option. A sea-freight return for repairs is not a solution when you have bookings next month.
BUILT FOR
THE ROAD.
Four rental lines for different touring demands — from the all-round Matrix 500 workhorse to lightweight Lite, tall-format X-1000, and curved Flex. Every series ships with verified weight specs, fast-lock mechanism, matched-set calibration, and a spare parts kit.
Matrix 500 Fast-Lock Series
The touring workhorse. CNC magnesium alloy fast-lock rated for 200+ cycles. Indoor and outdoor variants in one platform — the default choice for rental companies building a general-purpose inventory.
View Matrix 500 Specs →X-1000 Series
Half the rigging points on tall festival and stage walls. The 500×1000mm format cuts cabinet count, assembly time, and load-in labour on vertical builds — without sacrificing matched-set calibration or road-ready construction.
Coming Soon →Lite Series
Lighter chassis for crews who load in and out daily. Indoor P1.9 for close-view corporate and broadcast. Outdoor variants for covered festival stages. Same spare parts kit and matched-set calibration as the full-weight lines.
View Lite Series Specs →Flex Series
Flexible LED modules in a standard touring cabinet chassis. Build concave, convex, and wave-format rental walls without a custom-engineering lead time. Ideal for creative stages, DJ booths, and branded curved backdrops on tour.

YOUR SHOWS
RUNNING.
Cabinets engineered to survive the road, not just the showroom.
Every decision in our rental cabinet design is made against one question: will this still work after 200 shows? The locking mechanism. The connector housing. The PCB mounting. The cabinet corner protection.

Pre-configured for your processor. Calibrated as a matched set.
We don’t ship LED panels and leave you to configure the processing. Every DOIT VISION rental order ships pre-configured for your specified processor — with the calibration done as a matched set, not panel-by-panel.
Messages outside the active window receive a reply within 2 hours of the next window opening.

Parts in the box before you ever need them.
The worst time to find out you don’t have a spare receiver card is mid-tour. We include a spare parts kit with every rental order as standard — before you’ve experienced a failure.

An engineer who knows your show date, not a ticketing system.
Share your show schedule at order time. We pre-schedule engineer availability for your installation windows and opening nights — not a generic on-call, but a specific person who knows your project, your processor, and your panel configuration.

WE DON’T COMPETE ON BEING
THE
CHEAPEST OPTION.
We compete on being the rental inventory you can actually rely on. Here’s how our rental line compares to generic Chinese rental LED.
| What matters for touring rental | DOIT VISION | Generic Chinese Rental LED |
|---|---|---|
| Published weight accuracy | ✓ Verified & weight-certified against production units | Often ±15–25% variance — not production-verified |
| Lock mechanism quality | ✓ CNC magnesium alloy, 200+ cycle tested | Stamped steel, tolerances open up after heavy touring |
| Matched-set calibration | ✓ Full order calibrated against shared reference | Individual panel calibration only — visible drift on wall |
| Expansion order colour match | ✓ LED bin-code recorded per batch — matched on reorder | No records kept — colour match not guaranteed |
| Spare parts with order | ✓ Receiver cards, pixel masks, PSU — standard in every order | Available only as separate purchase, weeks lead time |
| Brompton Tessera pre-config | ✓ EDID pre-loaded, .vwf file included, SX40/Ti/4K supported | “Compatible” — requires manual setup and calibration on arrival |
| Show-night engineer support | ✓ Pre-scheduled standby per show date, WhatsApp video | Generic support email — response time not guaranteed |
| Flight case option | ✓ ATA-spec butterfly flight cases with foam interior | Carton packing standard — no flight case option |
| Lead time accuracy | ✓ Firm written delivery date at quotation stage | Estimate provided — delays frequent after payment |
FROM FIRST CALL
TO FIRST
SHOW.
Building a rental inventory with DOIT VISION takes 5 steps. Here’s exactly what happens.
Tell us your target events (indoor stage, outdoor festival, corporate), typical screen sizes, preferred processor, and rigging constraints. An engineer responds same day with product recommendations and verified weight data.
We provide verified weight sheets, lock mechanism demonstration video, and full cabinet spec. For new partners, we offer a sample cabinet shipment before full order. No commitment until you’re confident.
Your order enters production. Weekly photo and video updates from the floor. Your LED bin-code is recorded at this stage. Matched-set calibration happens in the final production phase.
Spare parts kit, config USB (Brompton/Novastar/Colorlight files), weight certificates, calibration report, wiring diagrams, and user manual — all in the shipment. No chasing separate documents.
When you need more cabinets, we pull your original LED bin-code and match it. If an exact match isn’t available, we tell you before production and give you options — not after delivery.
We are a 60-person Shenzhen operation — 15 core engineers and a 45-person production and support team. We are not a mega-factory. We don’t hold stock in US or EU warehouses. If you need cabinets next week from local stock, we are not the right supplier for that timeline.
What we are is the team that ships in 15–25 days, puts the real weight on the spec sheet, picks up the phone the night of your show, and is still here 3 years later when you need an expansion order to colour-match the first batch.
REAL SHOWS.
REAL CREWS.
Rental and touring projects delivered by DOIT VISION partner companies worldwide.
15 ENGINEERS.
NO SALES REPS IN THE
WAY.
When you WhatsApp us the night before your show, this is who answers.
Handles pre-configuration, EDID setup, and live calibration troubleshooting for Brompton Tessera and Novastar systems.
Designs and tests fast-lock mechanisms and cabinet structural integrity. Verifies weight specifications against production units.
Runs matched-set calibration using NovaLCT and Brompton Tessera software. Records and maintains LED bin-code database for expansion orders.
Coordinates show-night standby schedules, pre-loads config USB packages, and manages spare parts kit assembly for every rental shipment.
Our engineering team is intentionally small. Past 50 engineers, coordination overhead means your question gets routed — not answered. At 15, the person who pre-configured your panels is the same person who picks up your WhatsApp on show night.
QUESTIONS RENTAL COMPANIES
ACTUALLY
ASK US.
DOIT VISION’s rental range includes four touring lines: Matrix 500 (500×500mm fast-lock workhorse, indoor and outdoor), X-1000 (500×1000mm tall-format for large festival walls), Lite Series (lightweight 500×500mm, indoor P1.9–P3.9 and outdoor P2.6–P3.9), and Flex Series (flexible-module cabinets for curved rental walls, P1.953–P2.976). All lines feature verified weight specifications, magnetic fast-lock mechanisms, matched-set calibration, and Brompton Tessera / Novastar / Colorlight pre-configuration as standard.
Yes. All DOIT VISION rental panels ship pre-configured for your specified processor — Brompton Tessera SX40, Ti, or 4K; Novastar MCTRL300, 600, MX40 Pro; or Colorlight Z4, Z6. EDID data is pre-loaded. Configuration files and firmware binary are included on USB with every shipment. For Brompton users, we also include the .vwf calibration file compatible with Tessera software.
Every production batch is assigned a LED bin-code and PCB revision number, both recorded in your order file. When you place an expansion order, we cross-reference that data to match your original specification. If an exact LED bin match is no longer available — which happens when a bin production run ends — we tell you before production starts, not after delivery, and provide options: closest available bin with a full-wall recalibration file, or a scheduled hold until a matching bin is available.
Individual calibration corrects each panel to its own target white point. Matched-set calibration corrects all panels in your order against a shared reference, so that when you assemble them on stage, the wall reads as a single uniform surface under camera. We use NovaLCT or Brompton Tessera software for matched-set calibration. The calibration file is included in your shipment and tied to your specific production batch.
The Matrix 500 cabinet (500×500mm) weighs 7.2kg including power supply. Weight figures on our spec sheets are verified against production units and matched to actual shipment weight — not marketing estimates. If you need weight certificates for rigging load calculations, we provide them with the delivery documentation.
Every rental order ships with a spare parts kit as standard: 2× receiver cards, 4× pixel masks (matched to your pitch), 1× power supply module, 2× signal cables, and 1× power cable. For orders above 50 cabinets, we include an extended spare kit. We also offer a separate annual spare parts replenishment programme for high-utilisation rental companies.
For every project, share your show dates at order time. We pre-schedule engineer availability aligned to your installation window — including evenings, weekends, and early mornings for load-in calls. Support is via WhatsApp video call, which covers commissioning, calibration troubleshooting, and processor configuration in real time. Our active support window is Beijing 8AM–10PM (UTC+8), Monday to Saturday. For shows outside that window, we pre-arrange extended coverage at no extra cost for orders above 20 cabinets.
The Matrix 500 indoor rental series is rated IP40 — suitable for covered stages and indoor events. Our outdoor rental series carries IP54 protection, suitable for festivals and outdoor stages with side weather protection. For fully exposed outdoor permanent installations, our outdoor fixed series offers IP65/IP68. We recommend IP54 rental cabinets for festival touring and IP40 for indoor touring inventory.
Standard rental SKUs: 15–25 working days from deposit confirmation. For orders requiring matched-set calibration (all rental orders by default), add 3–5 days for calibration and QC before crating. Rush production has been achieved in 12 working days for urgent tour inventory; discuss at enquiry stage. We provide a firm, written delivery date at quotation — not an estimate.
All DOIT VISION rental products carry CE (EU), FCC (US), and RoHS certifications. ISO 9001 manufacturing certification applies to the full production facility. For European touring, CE marking covers standard stage and event use. For US touring, FCC covers standard commercial event use. ETL or UL listing is achievable via third-party labs with 8–12 weeks additional lead time if required for specific venues.
