THREE PROBLEMS
STANDARD SUPPLIERS
DON’T SOLVE.
Installation Drawings & Mounting Structure
Control room screens are large — 40–80㎡ — in architecturally constrained spaces. Integrators need precise CAD drawings, structural schematics, and mounting specs before a single panel ships. Most suppliers send panels. We send a complete installation package.
Controller Bandwidth & Driving Capacity
A 60㎡ fine-pitch wall at P1.2 carries enormous data load. Standard Novastar MCTRL is not sufficient — you need the H-series (H9, H2, H5). We specify the right controller and supply pre-configured cabinet map files at quote stage.
Long-Term Maintenance & Module Replacement
A control room display runs 24/7. COB technology eliminates SMD’s primary failure mode — dead pixels from physical contact. Front-access servicing without dismounting the entire structure. Spare module recommendations included.

ENGINEER-LED
FROM BRIEF TO COMMISSIONING.
CAD Drawings.
Not Just Panels.
Every control room quote includes: CAD drawings, mounting frame schematics, weight distribution calculations, levelling system specs, and panel layout diagrams — formatted for your client presentation or structural engineer.
Standard drawings delivered within 3–5 working days of quote confirmation. White-label versions available for all documentation.
Engineers Answer.
Not Sales Reps.
Send your brief via WhatsApp or email. An LED engineer responds the same day with controller specification, pixel pitch recommendation, and preliminary pricing. No ticket queues. No sales coordinators relaying your technical questions.
Our 15 in-house engineers average 10+ years in fine-pitch manufacturing. You get accurate answers on thermal load, pixel geometry, and controller compatibility from day one.
Pre-Configured.
Map Files Included.
Panels ship pre-configured for your specified controller — Novastar H-series (H9, H2, H5), or Colorlight Z-series. Cabinet map files, receiving card layout, and config USB included in every shipment.
Multi-zone installations tested as a complete system before crating. Remote commissioning support available during your installation window.
FINE-PITCH LED FOR
CONTROL ROOMS & BROADCAST.
Three series covering the full range — from flagship 24/7 COB to HDR broadcast MIP, and a cost-effective COB for standard NOC installs.
COB Pro
Primary choice for mission-critical control rooms and on-air broadcast walls. Flip-chip COB, DCI-P3, 40% lower power vs SMD, 100,000hr lifespan.
MIP Series
For broadcast studios where 4K camera accuracy is non-negotiable. HDR10, 21-bit grayscale, best-in-class colour consistency. Individual LED repairable.
COB Beta
Same COB encapsulation in a standard 640×480mm cabinet. Direct integration into existing control room infrastructure. Fastest lead time from stock.
REAL PROJECTS.
REAL INTEGRATORS.
COB VS MIP VS SMD.
THE HONEST COMPARISON.
Including when SMD is still the correct choice — and when it is not.

DAY
Response
“Every week an integrator sends a control room brief with a pixel pitch finer than the viewing distance needs. Sometimes P1.2 is right. Sometimes P1.5 saves 25% with zero visible difference at the actual seat distance. And sometimes they describe a 90° corner join that three other suppliers declined — and that’s exactly where we start the CAD. We don’t quote what’s in the catalogue. We engineer what the project needs.“
