Theme Park — Interactive LED Wall
Interactive attraction display with a physical obstruction blocking part of the screen. Partitioned calibration — adjusted camera ISO, aperture, and saturation to complete full-wall correction despite the blocked zone.
House of Worship — Curved LED Screens
Two outward-curved displays requiring steel-frame radius checks, module gap control, and strict calibration sequence numbering for uniform output.
Sports Arena — Ribbon Display Repair
Screen failed to tile correctly with dead zones in sections. Re-mapped network ports, loaded receiver parameters, swapped modules, and restored calibration coefficients on site.
Research Campus — COB Display
Wall-mount COB install with sub-millimeter seam tolerance. Full calibration index matching between cabinets and modules; white-field line correction after assembly.
Automaker Technical Center — Dual COB Walls
Dual COB deployment at a major automaker campus. Mounting flatness tuning, cabinet seam alignment, and factory calibration index sequencing for two large walls.
Resort Convention Center — Display Repair
Visible dark lines and color-block modules on convention-center displays. Located faults via NovaLCT, adjusted coefficients, replaced defective modules, and restored calibration data.
Convention Center — Event Display Repair
Emergency color-mismatch before a high-profile corporate event. On-site module-level correction across R/G/B/W test patterns under time pressure.
Corporate HQ — Fine-Pitch Module Repair
Multiple dead pixels from module handling damage. Front-service module removal, chip-level repair on fine pitch, re-install and full display test.
University — Virtual Production Wall
Floor-stack stage install for virtual production training. Base leveling, structural flatness, and software line correction for broadcast-grade uniformity.
House of Worship — Sanctuary Wall
Wall-hung sanctuary display. Back-frame alignment, cabinet leveling, seam tuning, and brightness-line software correction before opening service.
