Free product and back-frame drawings for indoor fixed installations; product and steel-structure CAD drawings for outdoor projects.

Wiring diagrams, installation instructions and mounting accessories are coordinated with the project. Physical frames and accessory quantities are confirmed in the quotation.

72-hour full-screen aging, plus module checks, signal continuity checks and controller testing.

What should I include in my quote request?
Include the intended use, screen width and height with units, installation country and city, and your target date. If you have selected a model, add its name and the quantity required. For fixed installations, describe the mounting position and maintenance access. Site photos or drawings help us understand the space; send them to info@doitvision.com using the same email address as your enquiry.
Can I request a quote before choosing a model?
Yes. Select Custom / Not Sure Yet and describe what the display needs to do. Include whether the installation is indoors or outdoors, the approximate screen size, viewing distance and the content you plan to show. For rental use, describe the events and typical layouts. Our engineering team can discuss suitable product options and the configuration details needed for a quote.
Who will respond to my enquiry?
Your request goes to the DOIT VISION team at our head office in Shenzhen. We use your project information to involve the relevant engineering colleagues and discuss the display configuration. Kris Liang, Co-Founder, is also available directly at kris@doitvision.com. Include the product name or application and the installation location so the conversation can focus on the requirements that matter to your project.

Specification & delivery

How are quotation and production timelines confirmed?
Quotation and production timelines are confirmed for the selected configuration and project scope. A standard product request needs the model, quantity and delivery destination; a custom design may also need drawings and design review. Include your target installation or event date in the enquiry. The team will discuss the information needed and confirm the proposed schedule as the specification is agreed.
Which certification documents are available?
Certification documents depend on the product series. CE and EMC documentation is available for COB Pro, Block, Brick, Square 1000, Square 960, LED Film and Matrix 500. RoHS documentation covers the first six series, while CB applies to Square 1000 and Square 960. Matrix 500 also has a TÜV tensile test report. Include your selected model and project requirements when requesting the relevant documents.
What installation and handover information can I request?
For indoor fixed installations, DOIT VISION provides free product and back-frame drawings, including CAD design for special installation requirements. Outdoor projects include free product drawings, steel-structure CAD drawings, wiring diagrams and installation instructions. Physical frames and accessory quantities are confirmed for the project. Order handover includes test videos, FAT inspection records, packing photos and spare-parts images and lists; confirm the required documents with your quote.
