This Privacy Policy is issued by Shenzhen DOIT VISION Co., Ltd (“DOIT VISION”, “we”, “us”), an LED display manufacturer founded in 2013 in Shenzhen, China. We serve AV integrators, rental companies, and project buyers in 55+ countries.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed when you:

Submit a contact, quote, or project inquiry form
Subscribe to our newsletter
Message us on WhatsApp or other chat tools linked from the site

Pay for samples or deposits through payment links we provide (when that feature is live)

It does not replace the privacy terms of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, payment processors, LinkedIn, etc.). Those services process data under their own policies.

This website is a B2B inquiry and information site. We do not operate consumer account registration or a full online storefront as our primary sales channel. Binding commercial terms appear on the Proforma Invoice (PI) and signed sales contract.

Analytics: retained according to the analytics tool’s settings (typically aggregated or time-limited)
Payment / sample records: retained as required for accounting and dispute handling

No. DOIT VISION does not sell personal data. Inquiry details are used to respond to your project request, prepare quotes, and — only if you opted in — send product updates. We may share data with processors who host email, analytics, chat, or payments under our instructions.

Inquiry forms are handled by DOIT VISION staff, including engineers and sales support who need the information to reply. We aim to answer within one business day. Automated spam filters may scan submissions, but quotes are not generated solely by an unattended bot.

Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or write to info@doitvision.com with the address you subscribed. We will stop marketing emails to that address. Unsubscribing does not delete past project correspondence needed for an active order.
