CUSTOMIZATION FAQ
Depending on the complexity of the structural design and custom molds required, a bespoke project typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from final CAD approval to shipping. Standard shaped cabinets with custom configurations take less time.
We provide comprehensive installation manuals, CAD structures, and remote technical support. For complex projects, we can dispatch our senior engineers globally to guide your local AV integrators or construction team on-site.
During the engineering phase, we will provide you and your media team with an exact 'Pixel Map' (resolution guide) and template. This ensures your 3D designers can create pixel-perfect content for spheres, waves, or any custom shape.
